Today, we are waking up with Meghan Telpner @MeghanTelpner founder of the Academy of Culinary Nutrition and best selling author of UnDiet. Meghan is transforming the way we think and feel about food!
Chief of Awesome is my official title. I am a two-time best selling author, nutritionist speaker and founder of the Academy of Culinary Nutrition where I lead a 14-week certification program in Culinary Nutrition. My books UnDiet and The UnDiet Cookbook will inspire you to get into the kitchen and eat your way to vibrant health.
What time do you wake up?
7:00am, and never with an alarm.
First 3 things you do in the morning?
Brush my teeth, drink a litre of water and meditate for 20 minutes. The 4th thing is move my body with yoga or a walk, and the fifth is dry skin brushing.
What’s your go-to breakfast or drink?
I make a hot elixir using the Elixir blend my husband formulated along with a heaping spoonful of ghee, 1 Tbsp of Collagen powder, Dandy Blend and a scoop of @beekeepers_naturals
What’s your morning beauty routine?
I dry skin brush my face with a small face brush, rinse with water and after my shower moisturize with Rose Glow Face Creme from Living Libations
Can’t leave the house without?
My iSola Infinity Wrist Mala is always on my wrist. I also always have a stainless steel water bottle, my phone and a snack!
