Waking up with Marlo Brausse, founder of Barre Body Studio
Now more than ever we feel its important to celebrate women who are true pioneers! To do that we will be featuring an interview with an inspiring woman every Monday morning to start the week.
Today we are waking up with Marlo Brausse @marlobrausse founder of @barrebodystudio and the leader in health and wellness!
Founder of Barre Body Studio. We specialize in offering exceptional barre fitness classes. We empower, educate, and connect others to be the best version of themselves.
What time do you wake up?
Between 6 and 7am depending on how I slept the night before and if I am sneaking in a workout.
First 3 things you do in the morning?
Shower, coffee, get my three kids ready for the day
What’s your go-to breakfast or drink?
Steel cut oats with almond milk, fruit or nuts
What’s your morning beauty routine?
Foundation, mascara and blush (I love blush!)
Can’t leave the house without?
My phone. I drop my kids off in the morning and am usually on the go between my studios, meetings and teaching. I am able to stay connected with my family and my business as long as I have my phone.
Your Monday Mantra?
I LOVE MONDAY's! Hands in the air! Fresh ambition and a let's kick butt attitude. I usually keep my Monday mornings open so that I have ample time to work on anything that was left over from the previous day. I plan out the rest of my week and what I will teach in my classes.
