Waking up with Danielle Mcwaters, founder of Design Sake Studio
Now more than ever we feel its important to celebrate women who are true pioneers! To do that we will be featuring an interview with an inspiring woman every Monday morning to start the week.
Today we are waking up with Danielle McWaters. Not only is she the founder of Design Sake Studio but she is also the creative behind our website and branding.
Founder of Designsake Studio, an independent, San Francisco-based creative studio that specializes in branding & packaging. We help build intentional brands using strategies and solutions to transform big ideas into stand out design. Everything we do is for the sake of good design.
What time do you wake up?:
Rise and shine at 6:30am.
First 3 things you do in the morning?
I pour myself a very large cup of coffee, turn on the news, and check emails. If I’m really ambitious, I will get myself to a 7am Soul Cycle.
What’s your go-to breakfast or drink?
My go-to has to be Papua Coffee. It’s a non-acidic, non-dehydrating and detoxifying fair trade coffee from Papua New Guinea. It also pairs nicely with avocado toast :)
What’s your morning beauty routine?
CeraVe cleanser and Drunk Elephant Virgin Marula Luxury Facial Oil.
Can’t leave the house without?
My backpack; it has my laptop and all my work necessitates. Then probably my Burt’s Bees coconut and pear lip balm. It tastes like vacation.
Your Monday Mantra?
“You’re best is yet to come.”
Thanks to Danielle for participating. See more of Design Sake Studio's beautiful work.
